COVID-19 Response

ASCEND staff are working hard to support our community in many ways.  Please look on our Facebook Page @ascendcharityuk for our latest information, on our courses web page or at our newsletters below.  Please note that at the present time, the ASCEND office at All Saints’ Church is closed to visitors.  Our Step Up building can be visited by appointment only – ring Liz Fraser on 0208 428 6725 for more details and our Dig Deep Allotment is still running on Thursdays with new Social Distance measures in place.  We are reviewing this situation regularly and in line with Government advice on the Covid-19 pandemic.

Our staff are working remotely and can be contacted from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday as follows:-

07483 104912 (Christine Wyard, CEO),

07483 104911 (Jane Drury, Three Rivers Healthy Hub)

Blurt, a social enterprise, launches Project Quaranzine.

Quaranzine is a space for anyone aged 0-24 to share a ‘zine that they’ve made with the rest of the world. They have a free downloads section in their shop for people to download and read.

They have some downloadable templates for you to fill in (unless you fancy making your own!). They also have a list of prompts in case you get a little bit stuck, but please feel free to use your own ideas. They’ve split them into different age groups for ease, but you can use a prompt from any age group if you want to.
